GTM7 is part of Xponential7, an innovation lab founded in London in 2017.

In 2024, our founder developed a growing interest in the GTM Engineering revolution driven by Clay. A platform that coined the term "GTM Engineering" as we use it today.

That same year, Clay raised $86 million in Series B funding at a $1.25 billion valuation.

This milestone convinced our founder to train the entire team in Clay workflows and GTM strategy. The training with the team at automate rev. ops. began in December 2024 and ran through April 2025.

In March 2025, our founder Christian became an investor in Clay.com

Our Very First Time

The first GTM project we executed was an AI-driven marketing outreach campaign for our Group company, Demand7.

The workflow:

  • Identified companies investing in LinkedIn advertising (signal detection)
  • Scouted their demand generation managers (ICP building)
  • Enriched and validated their data (data enrichment)
  • Reached out with multi-channel campaigns and AI-personalised messages

Our first tech stack already integrated Apify, Clay, Lemlist, ChatGPT, and various Clay enrichment tools.

We operate primarily with two engagement models: project scope and monthly retainer.

Project Scope

We meet. We listen. And we prepare a plan of action formatted as a Statement of Work. Often divided into phases such as audit, tech stack setup, and pilot execution. Followed by tailored projects on areas to develop or enhance post-pilot.

Monthly Retainer

We create a "pod" with a GTM Strategist, a GTM Engineer, and a Project Manager who work on your projects. The retainer includes a set amount of hours for monthly continuous GTM strategy development and framed recurring mini-projects.

You'll also have a clear price list that allows you to add hours and resources to tackle bigger projects as they emerge.
